JellyTech Values Part 3
Many things influence our sense of joy in what we do. Do I enjoy what I do❔ Who do I work with❔ But also: what values does the company hold, what is the atmosphere at work, and do I feel appreciated and supported❔ And (we are aware 😉) many others.
Today we present another JellyTech value and thought: "Whatever we do, we want to find joy in it."
How do we put this into practice ❓ 🔍
-> We support each other
-> We discuss
-> We joke around
-> We celebrate successes
In projects, we feel "the thrill" when we manage to accomplish something interesting. We draw satisfaction from each step of progress on our tasks. We love what we do. That's why daily work gives us a great deal of satisfaction 👍
We also enjoy spending time together. Sometimes we go skiing, have lunch together, or pop out for ice cream at a nearby parlour 😎
