How do we understand this? 🗝🔍
We want our Employees to feel responsible for their tasks and have freedom in shaping them. Our role as JellyTech is therefore to create space, situations, and to provide tools.
-> By space we mean freedom in execution, building concepts, and making plans.
-> A situation is a circumstance in which our employee can focus solely on their work, has a solid organizational structure in place, and knows who to turn to with questions.
-> Tools are nothing other than IT applications, equipment, knowledge, and know-how.
Thanks to this, at the end of a project or after its key phases, an employee can say: "YES, THIS IS MINE" 💪
