JellyTech Values Part 1
We wondered how to tell you about JellyTech's values. After all, they are meant to show who we are and how we work. That's why we prepared a short series in which we'll say a few words about each of the 4 values.
We have 4️ pillars of our JellyTech ecosystem:

So let's start from the beginning.
️We have different superpowers, and that is our strength.
What does that mean?
We breathe diversity. In fact, every person in our company is a small individual. As we call it, we each have our own superpowers.
Some of us are "code veterans" — collectively, we know every programming language. Others are kings and queens of databases and data warehouses, moving among streams of numbers like fish in water. There are people who feel fantastic in system and project work. Others are visionaries whose strength lies in conceptual work. We also have a large group of people from the intersection of IT and other industries, who support the functioning of JellyTech and its technical staff on a daily basis.
Add to that the fact that privately we are musicians, comic book devourers, scientists, and, for example, chefs — and you get quite a collection of personalities 🤭
But that's who we are. Our diversity helps us create and build JellyTech 🎯
