Jelly — as in a gummy bear. A gummy bear is flexible, soft, and resilient (you can squeeze it, but it quickly returns to its shape). The changing world needs a flexible approach in many areas. This is important, because it allows us to respond adequately to any given situation. We strive to be flexible in all conditions 🤸♂ How do we understand this? 🙂
