Telemedicine Portal and Mobile Application
For our client, a company from the e-health industry, we designed and fully implemented a Telemedicine Portal consisting of desktop applications for both patients and physicians, along with a mobile application for iOS.
The mobile application, created in Swift, enables easy recording of various medical tests through integration with various measurement devices using Bluetooth technology. There is also the possibility to manually record tests and to review and analyze their history through charts showing the progression of data.
The applications provide seamless interaction between the patient and the physician, offering the ability to schedule consultations, order medications, conduct video consultations, and download test results and recommendations. Dedicated user profiles ensure freedom of configuration and allow for better task and time management.
Within the application, integration with a medical laboratory and official external systems such as P1 is also supported, allowing for appropriate synchronization of medical data with target institutions. The integration scope covers handling of prescriptions, referrals, sick leave notes, and full electronic medical documentation. In addition to viewing and downloading files, the application offers file formatting according to a template provided in the form of an XML schema.
