One of our clients from the Retail sector, operating a large network of stores throughout Poland, needed to automate the work scheduling process for their employees.

The client, with approximately 2,000 locations across Poland, needed to automate the process of managing monthly work schedules for their employees, taking into account labor law, employee preferences, etc. The challenge was generating schedules simultaneously by all store managers across the country.

We created an optimizer for the client to plan monthly employee work schedules. Solving this challenge required distributing optimization tasks to the cloud and synchronizing cloud processes.
