Support for Marketing Campaigns (RTM)

One of our clients from the Telco market faced the challenge of effective Real-Time Marketing communication to their customers.

The team of experts dedicated to the project worked on a daily basis in an outsourcing model, fully integrating with the client's Business Team. Tasks carried out within the project included analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of new and maintenance of existing processes within the marketing campaigns. Additionally, we provided end-to-end handling of ETL processes, as well as analysis (particularly in terms of correctness) of source databases for processes, their optimization, and implementation of new functionalities in the form of reusable sub-processes (patterns). We also handled failures and ongoing requests from business users.

Thanks to the skillful combination of business, analytical, and programming competencies, the tools were used by the client repeatedly — and also extended and modified in accordance with requirements developed by our team. As a result, the client received tools tailored to their current product offering and the business process carried out by their team.
