Implementation and Processing of Data in BI Systems

One of our clients from the Telco industry asked us for support in data processing. The project was divided into several stages, at each of which we supported the client in terms of analytics, development, and testing of the implemented solutions.

We worked in the Scrum methodology, where within individual Sprints we identified and analyzed the impact of introduced changes on BI systems. We built data models according to Avro. We implemented integration processes according to Interface Agreements and provided guidelines. We supported the testing process by preparing test plans and test scenarios. Of course, we ensured that all work was properly documented.
